| The West Akron
Baseball & Softball League (W.A.B.L.) was established in 1957, as a non-profit
organization and continues to be one. The League was designed to help the children of West
Akron have an organized League to enjoy sports. The League is open to all West Akron
children ages 6-18 years old. If you can't find what you're looking for here, it may be available elsewhere on

Memories:
The 2007 season marked the 50th year as an organization, the West Akron Baseball &
Softball League is seeing second and third generations of players. We'd like to be able to
share the heritage of WABL with today's players, as well as stir the memories of grown-up WABL'ers.
If you would like to share memories, pictures or memorabilia from your days as a WABL
player or coach, please contact us.
