| Welcome to the Boys
Baseball Home Page at WABL.org. WABL provides youth baseball leagues for male West Akron
residents. Young men throughout West Akron participate in the WABL Boys' Baseball program. Age groups include:
**Leagues
based on player age as of July 31, 2008**
Instructional League (ages 6-8)
H League (ages 9-10)
G League (ages 11-12)
F League (ages 13-14).
Additionally, WABL sponsors E
League (ages 15-16) and D League (ages 17-18) teams that play in
the Greater Akron Baseball League, Lake Erie AAU, and Cuyahoga Valley Baseball Association.
Many WABL graduates have gone on
to play high school, college, and professional baseball. |

ATTENTION!
ALL baseball
and softball fields will be raked and lined on Tuesdays and Fridays during each week of
the season. This maintenance will be done weather permitting. Please do not call for
special service. We also do NOT mow the grass; this is not WABL's responsibility.
Coaches and players are required to pick up the trash after each game and also fill in the
batters box, pitching area, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd base areas. |
